§ 94-9. Penalty.

A.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil infraction.

B.
Nothing herein contained shall be construed as limiting the authority of a court of competent jurisdiction to adjudge greater fines not exceeding a fine of $250 in the event a matter comes within the purview of said court and is not disposed of by the Parking Violations Bureau.
