§ 69-6. Limitations on sales.

The garage sale shall be conducted only by the homeowners or occupants. Joint garage sales may be held with other homeowners or occupants of the neighborhood, provided that the permit lists all homeowners or occupants involved in the sale. No merchandise of any nature shall be brought in from any other source in connection with such sales. The limitations of this section shall not be applicable, however, when the permit is obtained and the sale conducted by a church, school, veterans' organization, fraternal or religious society or other civil or charitable nonprofit organization.
