§ 69-3. Permit required.

Before a garage sale can be conducted, the homeowner or occupant of the premises at which said sale shall be held shall obtain a permit from the Village Clerk. The permit shall contain the name of the applicant and the duration of the sale. No more than four permits per address, per calendar year may be issued for the conducting of a garage sale; in addition at least 30 days must elapse between each of the four permitted garage sales on the premises covered by the permit. The fee for such permit shall be set by resolution of the Village Council from time to time.
