§ 19-5. Confiscation of property.

In the event that any law enforcement officer of the Village of Bellevue observes any minor operating a wheeled vehicle in violation of the provisions of this chapter, the law enforcement officer may confiscate the wheeled vehicle operated by said minor and shall return it only to said minor's parent or guardian. It shall be available for return at Village Hall during normal Village business hours as soon as the officer arrives back at the office.
